Why is he acting so distant?<br />I have been talking to a guy for over a year now. He&#039;s leaving to Vegas tomorrow.<br />
After dating for a few months we ended our relationship because it was causing major problems at work (i.e. company policy). We remained friends, several months later he got fired(march).<br />

Since June our relationship has grown stronger. He confides in me about everything, our relationship was not just about sex, he&#039;s like my best friend. The first time when he was scheduled to leave the day before he wanted to see me he was very clingy and wanted to hold me a lot.<br />
Now that he is leaving tomorrow, the last time we hung out was last tuesday. He said as of Sunday (valentines day) that he didn&#039;t want to see me anymore but still wanted to remain friends. He has been very distant from me and doesn&#039;t even want to see me before he leaves.<br />
For the past several months he&#039;s wanted to hang out all the time, he wants to hold me all the time, he has been more romantic and it just seems like he doesn&#039;t want to leave.<br />
This is also his first time leaving someone or relocating out of state(from VA to Vegas). I&#039;m confused and hurt. Why doesn&#039;t he want to see me? Is it that hard to say goodbye? I would think that you would want to see the person as much as possible before leaving but I guess people handle things differently.<br />
He&#039;s leaving for a job offer since he has been struggling to find work for the past year. He&#039;s 31 and i&#039;m 22. Any advice from both male and female perspective<br />

<p>Everything may sound easy. But in reality, when you first purchase properties, the succeeding years can be very tough. Why? Your expenses in the beginning are really high and you get slim cash flow. Many investors can’t survive this stage because they don’t have enough cash to pay for the high expenses. </p>
<p>There is a short term solution. You should not concentrate on merely buying properties and instead focus on quick-turning houses. You can turn the houses into instant cash. Pick the quick-turning houses and flip them to other investors for $5,000 to $20,000. Your cash flow needs will surely be met and you get to maintain the rental properties.</p>
<p>Management is the key to your success. If you plan to hold properties over the long term, you should know how to properly manage them. You can manage them on your own or you can have a company manage it on your behalf. You will be both a landlord and a real estate investor.</p>
<p>Although some people don’t like the image of landlords, you can be a better one. Besides, the rental properties provide you big dollars. You should concentrate in buying several properties and not single-family houses. Apartments are a great investment and you will earn more if you purchase apartments. If you’re ready to take the job as a landlord and a real estate investor, you can look forward to a bright and fruitful future. If you can survive the early stages of your business, you will reap big profits in the future.</p>
<p>The choice is yours. Now that you have an idea of how much you can earn in real estate investing, don’t you think its time that give it a try? Gather capital and study the market. Now, property notes themselves aren&#8217;t new, in fact they have been around almost as long as realty itself. But, the &#8216;awareness&#8217; of them as &#8220;viable investment vehicles&#8221; is a new trend that is a direct result of recent &#8220;cooling&#8221; happening in the realty market in parts of the country. Property backed notes are a dose of &#8220;hot&#8221; in recent<span id="more-380"></span> &#8220;cool&#8221; times.</p>
<p> Smart investors always keep a close &#8220;eye&#8221; out for any changes in the market and &#8220;act&#8221; quickly to make the wise investment decisions necessary to avoid &#8216;disastrous&#8217; financial losses. You too can benefit from what these &#8220;investment-gurus&#8221; have come to know about real estate backed notes and stretch your profits/gains a little further if they are generated inside a self directed IRA or self directed 401k.</p>

<p> Unlike selling real property, notes have built in liquidity. Wise investors are always looking to &#8220;buy&#8221; more real estate notes with positive cash flows because they know what valuable, income-earning vehicles they are.</p>
